Clinic Staff Increase Efficiency Scheduling Appointments
Not only is it frustrating to constantly struggle with a simple appointment book or a basic computer scheduler, but it’s also embarrassing to appear so disorganized in front of customers and to make them wait. Plus, it’s time-consuming to flip through a paper appointment book to find future appointments in order to call or send out reminders. We recently learned more about why a Chiropractic clinic in Michigan decided to implement Patient Appointment Manager.

Mindy Smith at Flushing Back and Neck Care Center told us they’ve been able to search for open times quickly, look at future appointments easily, and customize the software to gather information they need. They’ve increased efficiency by using the Appointments by Employee report to see when staff members have been at work, as well as by using the Check-In Assistant to keep clinic staff informed of when their patients arrive for appointments. They are also able to schedule recurring appointments at the same time the initial appointment is booked, which saves time.
