ABS provides FREE technical support for 90 days from date of purchase. If you purchased a Support Plan or an Annual Software Enhancement Plan, you are entitled to technical assistance at no charge. Otherwise, there is a $35.00 fee per incident (charged to a credit card). Technical support hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays).
