New Features in Online Employee Scheduling Software

Bigger View, Shared Employees and Mobile Apps

ScheduleBase’s new two-week view lets managers see this week’s schedule when making next week’s schedule. This helps reduce overtime and makes sure schedules are fairly distributed. Also, employees can now appear on more than one schedule, so it’s easy to share people across departments or locations. Each work schedule shows where and when an employee is scheduled across all schedules. The new ScheduleBase Android App is available free at Google Play. Just go to Google Play and search for “ScheduleBase.” The app allows employees to view work schedules on their Smartphone instead of having to go online or call or stop by work to get their schedule.
