For those of you who don’t know us very well, here’s a little introduction to our company. We are located in Fargo, North Dakota, and were founded in 1991. Our company develops business management software for small- and mid-size businesses, focusing on the areas of business planning, human resources, appointment scheduling, and employee scheduling. We strive to help businesses streamline processes and save time.

We hope this blog can continue that mission and you’ll be able to find some useful tips to help your everyday tasks. At the very least, you can be comforted knowing that you’re not alone when you’ve accidently double-booked an employee in the appointment book or feel overwhelmed when you’re writing a business plan for a new venture at your company. We’ll also be sharing tips on how to better use our software for your daily tasks and will be informing you of the latest news here at Atlas Business Solutions. We feel like we understand the daily struggles of our customers because we’re a small company, too, and have had many of the same experiences. We also pay attention to the feedback from customers and prospective customers in order to shape our product development. For example, when customers said “we need an easy way to accrue vacation and sick time,” we listened and built an easy way to accrue time-off in Staff Files, our HR software. We encourage, value, and utilize that feedback. So, please continue to tell us about your struggles and ideas for new software programs and product improvements to our existing software.
