QuickBooks Synchronization with Appointment Scheduling Software

In version 6.0 of Customer Appointment Manager we’ve added a new Refresh button to help synch customer and services information between our appointment scheduling software and QuickBooks (Pro/Premier 2003 or Enterprise Solutions 2.0 or new versions). The new Refresh button can be found on the Tool bar. Simply press the Refresh button when changes are made and it will update the services and customer contact information in both programs.

The QuickBooks import options are an easy way to add services, customer, and employee information for users who are just getting started with Customer Appointment Manager! For both the import and synchronization, QuickBooks must be opened first before opening Customer Appointment Manager. New users could also import information from a text file or MYOB. Step-by-step instructions for importing and synchronizing information with QuickBooks can be found in the Customer Appointment Manager User Guide.
