New Custom Labels in Version 6.0 of Customer Appointment Manager

We recently released version 6.0 of Customer Appointment Manager, our appointment scheduling software. One of the new features in version 6.0 is Custom Labels. Custom Labels allow you to change the terminology used in the appointment software, so it’s specific to your organization. For example, instead of using the term Customer, you could change it to Patient, Client, Volunteer, Student, Pet, or any other term that is more suitable to your business. Once the label is changed, your new label will be displayed throughout the program including the import from a text file, maintenance windows, and reports.

The first step when you start using Visual Staff Scheduler, our employee scheduling software, is adding employee information. You can add your employees manually or import them via a text file or from QuickBooks. You can add employee name and number, hire date, number of desired hours the employee wants to work per week, email address and other contact information, position, skills, comments, and a photo for each member of your staff.

We recently released version 6.0 of Customer Appointment Manager, our appointment scheduling software. One of the new features in version 6.0 is the ability to make your own custom statuses. Statuses allow you to indicate the standing of the appointment. In the past, you could choose from six basic statuses including scheduled, confirmed, cancelled, no-show, checked-in, and completed. Now, you can also create new statuses, such as first visit, pending, or left message.
