Appointment Statuses in Appointment Scheduling Software
Using Customer Appointment Manager appointment scheduling software, you can indicate when an appointment is scheduled, confirmed, canceled, no-show, checked-in, and complete. The statuses are available in reports and can be used in Customer Appointment Manager Pro’s Check-In Assistant.
To edit an appointment status:
- Locate the appointment in the appointment book and open the appointment scheduling window by double-clicking the appointment. Or, select the appointment in the appointment book, click the Edit menu, and select Edit Appointment.
- Click on the appointment status drop down field. In addition to Scheduled, Confirmed, Canceled, and No-show, there are two new appointment status types for Checked-In and Completed.
- Click the Ok button. You’ll notice a new icon will be displayed in the upper left corner of the appointment.
