In version 6.0 of Customer Appointment Manager Pro we’ve given you the ability to attach files or documents to a customer’s record. You can attach several different types of files, including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, and pictures. This is a great way to stay organized and have instant access to customer documents like reports, surveys, agreements, service history, or blueprints.

In Customer Appointment Manager version 6.0, we’ve introduced two new reports: the Appointments by Date report and the Monthly Calendar report for customers. The Customer Monthly Calendar report is a great way for your customers to see when their next appointments are scheduled. It gives them a monthly view of all their appointments.

One of the new features in version 6.0 of Customer Appointment Manager, our appointment scheduling software, is the new Appointments by Date report. The new report allows you to print a list of appointments for the entire business, not just one employee. It lists the appointments in chronological order, so you can see who is expected to come in next.
New Custom Labels in Version 6.0 of Customer Appointment Manager

We recently released version 6.0 of Customer Appointment Manager, our appointment scheduling software. One of the new features in version 6.0 is Custom Labels. Custom Labels allow you to change the terminology used in the appointment software, so it’s specific to your organization. For example, instead of using the term Customer, you could change it to Patient, Client, Volunteer, Student, Pet, or any other term that is more suitable to your business. Once the label is changed, your new label will be displayed throughout the program including the import from a text file, maintenance windows, and reports.

We recently released version 6.0 of Customer Appointment Manager, our appointment scheduling software. One of the new features in version 6.0 is the ability to make your own custom statuses. Statuses allow you to indicate the standing of the appointment. In the past, you could choose from six basic statuses including scheduled, confirmed, cancelled, no-show, checked-in, and completed. Now, you can also create new statuses, such as first visit, pending, or left message.
