Atlas Business Solutions Develops Staff Scheduling Software for Lathem Time

FARGO, ND - April 25, 2003 - Atlas Business Solutions Inc., a leading provider of small business software, announced today they have developed a staff scheduling solution for Lathem Time Corporation, one of the world's leading designers and manufacturers of time and attendance products for small businesses. Lathem Time has named the new software line ShiftPlan™, which will consist of EZ and PRO versions. ShiftPlan EZ is now available and ShiftPlan PRO is scheduled for release this summer. ShiftPlan is based on the #1-selling staff scheduling software titles, Visual Staff Scheduler® and Visual Staff Scheduler Pro.

ShiftPlan, which integrates with Lathem's PayClock EZ and Intuit's QuickBooks® Pro and Premier, is an easy-to-use scheduling system that allows users to create staff schedules in seconds and help avoid scheduling conflicts. It helps users produce a variety of schedules and reports, all while making sure the right people are scheduled. With ShiftPlan, users can schedule staff weeks, months, or an even year in advance, which allows for better planning and helps eliminate staff shortages. It also gives users the power to:

ShiftPlan allows users to create professional schedules and reports to distribute to all of their employees. Employee names can be entered manually or automatically imported from PayClock EZ or QuickBooks Pro/Premier Editions 2003. Once employee names are in ShiftPlan, the user defines shifts and builds employee schedules.
