This human resource software contains hundreds of pre-written templates for employee handbooks, office policies, job descriptions, and HR forms. The 2008 version adds over 30 new templates and a new import feature to help customers keep their collection of HR documents together in one place and up-to-date.

What is HR Document Maker?

HR Document Maker is HR software that allows employers to easily and quickly prepare office policies, employee handbooks, job descriptions, and HR forms and checklists. The software also includes ready-to-print IRS forms and U.S. Department of Labor regulation posters. HR Document Maker is part of the Staff Files line of human resource management software. Staff Files allows managers and human resource professionals to easily store, retrieve and safeguard employee information with a quick-tab navigation system. It tracks compensation, benefits, performance evaluations, time-off accruals and more for each employee.

What's NEW in the 2008 version of HR Document Maker?

HR Document Maker 2008 includes 31 new office policies and HR forms to its existing list of hundreds of HR templates. The new HR documents include an employee non-compete agreement, confidentiality & non-disclosure agreement, discipline warning form, as well as policies regarding unsolicited email, reference checks, internships, life-threatening diseases in the workplace, employee suggestion program, excessive tardiness/absenteeism, appearance and courtesy, school activities, fair dealing, retaliation, employee protection (whistleblower), business casual dress, concealed weapon, return of property, network etiquette, a progressive discipline policy, and various military leave policies and procedures. In addition to the new HR documents, a new import feature allows users to easily add their own unique templates to HR Document Maker.
